My Story

As a programmer for many years, Niki Roge found solace in reading, and later in the book community. A chance conversation with an author gave her a new purpose and she began to use her organizational skills to help authors with administrative tasks. Because of her many years of experience and her love for the Romance Author Community, her new ‘hobby’ quickly expanded into something bigger than she could have ever imagined.

In 2018, Niki and author Anita Gray co-founded Get That Book Promotions, a bi-weekly promotion to help authors cross-promote their new releases and sales.

In 2021 she decided to take the plunge and become a PA full time. She now helps authors grow and expand their brand with her extensive knowledge of the independent author and small publisher industry.

In 2023, when Anita Gray decided to focus on writing and growing her author career, Niki took over Get That Book Promotions. She has since grown the brand to include monthly social media contests, audiobook promotions, and more!

In 2024, after years of working in different aspects of the publishing industry, Niki Roge came together with Author Rayanna Jamison to form Get That Book Publishing, also known as GTB Publishing. GTB Publishing is a small press publishing house with a focus on anthologies and indie authors, and is yet another way Niki combines her administrative and organizational skills with her love for the romance community.

When not reading, Niki is often found spending her free time with her horse or being a referee for roller derby.
